Enhanced resilience against power outages
Even if management information is corrupted due to power outages, it can self-restore logical and physical conversion tables by reconstructing memory management information that has been backed up, and start the device.

By minimizing unnecessary writing (and deleting), these SD memory cards can rewrite longer.

Employs MLC NAND flash memory that offers high capacity and excellent cost performance.
The lineup includes devices up to 32 GB for industrial device application.
Fixed Specification for Main Parts
The specifications are fixed for the main parts including controller and flash memory as well as the control software called firmware for the important functions of an SD card.
Many of the common SD cards available today are often manufactured with different specifications lot by lot for cost performance reasons, and problems arise by delivery of the next lot product with different functions or speed from the initial lot, for example.
Our cards will not cause such problems because they are domestically controlled, and the products will be delivered with identical parts and specifications that have important functions.
Lifetime Prolonging Functions
he wear leveling function will prevent concentrated access in a specific area and writes date uniformly to enhance the lifetime for data writes and rewrites.
